Pearl Millet Drink (also known as “Raab”) Servings- 4 people
1 tbsp Ghee
1/4 cup Pearl Millet Flour
4 cups Water
1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/4 cup Jaggery Powder/ coconut sugar
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds (ajwain)
Chopped nuts for garnishing (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan.
Add bajra flour and roast for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, dry ginger powder, jaggery and carom seeds and let it cook for 8-10 minutes, until the drink is thickened.
Garnish with finely chopped nuts if you want.
Serve hot.

Note: Keep stirring continuously while cooking.
