You will need:
- 1 cup organic milk (dairy or non dairy)
- 1 tbs Blissful Living Organic Turmeric Ginger Ghee
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

Pour milk into a asucepan and add inn a tablespoon of turmeric ginger ghee and cinnamon
- Heat the milk till just boiling point (little bubbles will begin to appear on the sides of the saucepan)
- Simmer the flame to the lowest and cover the saucepan, allowing the turmeric and ginger to steep about 2-3 minutes
- Add in Raw honey to sweeten
- Serve hot
