You will need:

  • 1 cup organic milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • 1 tbs Blissful Living Organic Turmeric Ginger Ghee
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour milk into a asucepan and add inn a tablespoon of turmeric ginger ghee and cinnamon
  2. Heat the milk till just boiling point (little bubbles will begin to appear on the sides of the saucepan)
  3. Simmer the flame to the lowest and cover the saucepan, allowing the turmeric and ginger to steep about 2-3 minutes
  4. Add in Raw honey to sweeten
  5. Serve hot
